Organiser can use the Aventri Integration to pull in the Visitors and Team Members data in the ExpoPlatform from Aventri’s system.To enable Aventri Integration API Key, Event ID , Account ID , API Host.

What are the benefits?

• If registrations are taking place on the Aventri system, all the registration data can be pulled into ExpoPlatform
• This includes visitors, team members, questions from Aventri Platform and their responses
• Team Members mapping to exhibitors will be done via Team Members Settings Tab

• ‘Visitors Categories merge’ is used to do the mapping of Aventri Participant Category to Expoplatform Visitor Categories (from the dropdown)
• Response of Exhibitor question Id is used to map it to the exhibitor external id of our system
