IMEX teams up with isla to launch free events carbon tracking tool

IMEX has announced a free Event Carbon Measurement Starter Pack developed in collaboration with TRACE by isla.

Set for release in September 2024, this tool is expected to address the need for environmental accountability in the events industry.

It will equip event organizers with the knowledge and tools to implement effective carbon measurement strategies.

Key features include:

Emerald’s online marketplace launches Shopify app

Bulletin, the online wholesale marketplace owned by Emerald Holding, Inc., has unveiled a new Shopify sales channel app.

This integration aims to simplify product management and order processing for brands using both platforms.

AEO elevates internal talent

The Association of Event Organisers (AEO) has announced two key internal promotions in its projects and marketing divisions.

Lauren Petchell will now be the head of projects, while Emily Weall steps up to marketing manager.

Lauren will continue leading sustainability initiatives, managing working groups and supporting AEO’s event portfolio in her new role.
