Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris is a leading industry event that brings together professionals from the wine and spirits sector for networking, knowledge sharing and business opportunities.

The 2024 edition showcased the latest trends, innovations and products in the industry, featuring tastings, seminars, workshops and networking sessions.

This year was also a record-breaker in two ways - there was a 40% increase in pre-booked meetings, with 59% of exhibiting companies having at least one meeting scheduled before the show even started.

ExpoPlatform worked with the organiser Vinexposium for the third consecutive year to power meetings and connections through its all-in-one event tech platform.

Vinexposium has used ExpoPlatform’s event tech solutions for the past three years, renewing the partnership each time after the success of our services.

For the 2024 edition of the show, our team developed a multilingual website in French to boost engagement.

Our team greatly enhanced the UX of the event platform by creating filters for exhibitor meetings - helping buyers explore grape varieties, products and companies.

We also implemented two API integrations with a constant live feed to deliver high-value networking, ensuring an optimised data flow to remind buyers and exhibitors of pending meetings and connections.

59% of exhibiting companies had pre-booked meetings

Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2024 saw an increase of more than 1,000 exhibitors compared with 2023 - to 4,074 this year. Here are some results:

  • Our event tech solutions - especially the integration with Tech Event and Klipso - drove 10,148 confirmed pre-booked meetings. That's an increase from 6,719 in 2023.
  • More than three quarters of exhibiting companies - a record 59% - had a meeting set up before the event even got underway.
  • More than 17k hosted buyer connections were made.
  • Single sign-on (SSO) with the organiser's CRM enabled seamless access to users with unified credentials.
  • Mobile event app was roundly praised- easy to use and navigate with 10k+ badge scans recorded.
