For CMPL Expo Mumbai, the organizers were keen to boost attendee engagement through tech-enabled visitor experiences.
They wanted to transition from manual workflows to a fully digitized platform and streamline their event processes.

- Providing a fully customized user experience aligned with CMPL Expo’s branding and functional needs

The smooth interface, convenience and ease of using an all-in-one event platform were roundly praised by both attendees and exhibitors.
The event solutions streamlined navigation, improved meeting scheduling and enabled connections through the show app. Visitors could quickly print badges at onsite kiosks, ensuring smooth entry and avoiding long queues.
CMPL used ExpoPlatform’s solutions as a pilot to gauge the effectiveness of event tech in facilitating attendee engagement and streamlining event operations.
The success of this pilot run was key to their decision to re-deploy these solutions for the upcoming CMPL Expo in Delhi this November.
