Beauty Istanbul is a premier tradeshow and business platform for the cosmetics and beauty industry in Turkey and the wider region.

Held annually in the Turkish city, the event brings together buyers and exhibitors in the beauty industry to connect, explore new products and innovations and do business

ExpoPlatform provided event tech solutions for Beauty Istanbul for the second consecutive year in 2023. Another successful outing ensured our tech was selected by the organiser for the 2024 show also.

The organisers first came across ExpoPlatform during a Cosmoprof event and were looking for an established industry platform to provide a good user experience.

The success of the 2022 event reposed their confidence in ExpoPlatform - and for the 2023 edition, their main goal was to achieve maximum engagement in a hassle-free manner.

Our platform’s seamless back-end functionality ensured a smooth operational experience for the organisers.

It remained live for nearly nine months for attendee interaction and networking.

 

 

Implementing multi-lingual engagement

Beauty Istanbul 2023 witnessed strong regional and international participation, clocking more than 41k visitors.

To maximise attendee engagement, our team implemented multi-language capability in four languages - Turkish, English, French and Russian.

It was a big success, driving 65k+ profile views and nearly 6k profile favourites.

The ExpoFP floorplan integration in the event app also received positive visitor feedback for its seamless navigation features and ability to easily locate exhibitors.
