Marketplace Tender: helping information flow for better deals
ExpoPlatform’s new Marketplace Tender feature creates a seamless experience for information flow between buyers and suppliers to build successful deals.
The unique person-to-object AI matchmaking technology suggests product categories the user might be interested in when they open the widget.
Buyers can then select the options which are most attractive to them and a shortlist of suppliers is generated on screen.
A form is then made available to fill in details of what they are searching for – quantity, deadline and much more.
Suppliers will receive an email alert with this request for proposal (RFP) and can then log in to their dashboard to respond.
The new feature allows both parties to enter into a conversation about any proposed deal.
