Your Role

As a Technical Support Specialist ( SAAS ), you will work with customers globally to set up customized online events and community platforms tailored to their unique needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding, documenting, and communicating customer business requirements internally.

  • Conducting platform training for customer team members.

  • Managing project timelines.

  • Ensuring customers have a positive experience and achieve their goals and KPIs.

  • Providing real-time support during event days.

  • Contributing to help articles, product documentation, and user guides.

  • You won’t be responsible for selling to clients.

What We Expect From You

We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a similar role, preferably with a SaaS product.

  • Fluent communication skills in German (Native or C2) and Advanced English are a must. Proficiency in other European languages is also a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in any field.

  • Technical background and an ability to understand and communicate customer requirements to the technical team.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during real-time, live event issues.

  • Project management and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.

  • Availability for occasional travel to client sites/events, including overnight stays.

  • Proficiency with technology, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and experience with Jira is a plus.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • A basic understanding of programming languages like PHP, Java, C#, HTML, etc., is advantageous.

After a week or two of onboarding in Berlin, you will have the flexibility to work from home, always ensuring you’re available when our clients need support during their events. You will receive extensive product training, gain insights into the events industry, and develop project management skills. Our teams work collaboratively, and you will be part of multiple teams simultaneously.
