ExpoPlatform is a UK-based company founded in 2013 currently providing service in more than 30 countries. ExpoPlatform`s technology is a complete Networking and Matchmaking and a turnkey Event Management System for online, hybrid, and in-person events. The platform provides a suite of solutions for event organizers (including registration, attendee management, event website builder, conference/session/speaker management, floor plan, and venue management) as well as a user-friendly social media type of networking for attendees (delegates, exhibitors/sponsors/speakers) along with video calls in online rooms and mobile apps.

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

Understand product specifications and user psychology;
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback;
Create personas through user research and data;
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success;
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs;
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability);
Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs;
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers;
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Skills we would like you to bring to the team:

Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role;
Strong portfolio of design projects;
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture;
Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Miro, etc.);
Problem-solving aptitude;
Analytical mind with business acumen;
Excellent communication skills in English.

Would be a plus:

Conducting user research and testing;
Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs;
Collaborating with Designers, Developers and the Client to create an intuitive, user-friendly product.
