Responsibilities we will trust you with: 

  • Full cycle of recruitment (IT and non-IT positions) – local and international markets;
  • Maintain HR information and employee data in HRIS, ensure it is performed fully, accurately, and on time;
  • Assistance and coordination of all the HR processes;
  • Provide support to Managers in HR-related matters, and gather and provide necessary data.

Skills we would like you to bring to the team:  

  • 0-6 months experience in full-cycle recruitment in IT companies;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (writing & speaking);
  • General understanding of IT field and its specifications;
  • Knowledge of all stages of the recruitment process;
  • Friendly with LinkedIn and other channels for researching; 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to their importance and urgency;
  • Strong interest in all aspects of Human Resources together with a desire to develop and learn quickly.
