Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across multiple disciplines and locations.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Implement best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on quality, accountability, and innovation.
• Ensure system architecture and infrastructure can scale with company growth.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in engineering leadership roles, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong background in software development and system architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
