We’re looking for a motivated Engineering Manager to lead, inspire, and scale our cross-functional engineering teams. If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and delivering scalable software solutions – this role is for you. 

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping team culture, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our engineering efforts align with company objectives. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution, people and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and track engineering metrics (SLOs, DORA, SPACE) to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.

• Define, finalize, and standardize core engineering processes aligned with Scrum to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

• Lead and mentor Software and QA engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and growth.

• Own delivery execution by improving planning, prioritization, and expectation management, reducing reactive and last-minute requests.

• Level up the engineering team by combining strong internal domain knowledge with external expertise to support microservices migration.

• Strengthen engineering culture through regular post-mortems, clear ownership, and accountability across teams.

• Build a proactive, bottom-up organization that encourages initiative rather than top-down execution.

• Promote a continuous learning culture by actively leveraging Pluralsight for upskilling, reskilling, and security awareness.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and leadership to align engineering execution with company objectives and roadmap.

• Boost engineering productivity through structured, measurable adoption of AI-assisted tools, targeting 50%+ efficiency gains.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading software or QA engineering teams.

• Strong background in Agile delivery management and engineering workflows.

• Understanding of modern architectural concepts at a non-hands-on level.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).

• Knowledge of CI/CD, testing maturity, and quality practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to build and maintain a high-performance engineering culture.
