Challenges faced by the organisers

With "The Buyer Program" being a major attraction for international decision-makers from the Cosmetics industry, managing highly targeted and tailor-made B2B meetings was the top priority of organisers.

The major challenge was matching key buyers to appropriate sellers based on accurate preferences and qualifiers provided by the concerned parties. Apart from matchmaking, organisers also had to oversee and track these meetings to ensure a smooth flow in the event journey of the attendees, alike.

Considering the scale of the event, organising pre-set appointments for both parties required a robust event-tech solution.
