Cosmoprof North America (CPNA) is a leading beauty trade show in the Americas. It serves as a platform for industry networking, brand launches and showcasing innovations in beauty products, technologies and supply chain solutions.
CPNA is part of the larger Cosmoprof worldwide network, which includes similar events in Bologna, Italy and Hong Kong.
ExpoPlatform delivered custom event tech solutions to power networking and engagement at the show’s 2024 edition in Las Vegas.

ExpoPlatform had successfully partnered with Cosmoprof for their flagship Worldwide Bologna shows, and this marked our inaugural collaboration with the brand’s North American branch.
Our team worked with the organizer to deliver a comprehensive suite of event tech solutions focused on CPNA’s key KPIs – matchmaking, networking and engagement.
We implemented AI-powered matchmaking and online networking tools to drive curated matchmaking opportunities at the show.
In addition, our team worked extensively to set up API integrations for smooth data flow. These included:

Kicking off a successful North American tech collaboration
Around 43% of registered attendees were new to CPNA, making it crucial to offer tailored networking and matchmaking opportunities.
Our team set up a networking dashboard that allowed participants quick and easy access to their personalized schedules, recommendations and favorites.
This also included an AI-powered MyMatch tool with advanced filtering features, enabling attendees and exhibitors to connect and network even before the show went live.

The floorplan (with ExpoFP) was also highly praised due to the bluedot navigation and intuitive interface, enabling seamless navigation across the venue floor.
