It gathers executives to explore best practices, share insights and address challenges through keynotes, panels and workshops.

Addressing unique needs of a meetings-intensive event
Association events like the AWC aim to maximize delegate value through networking, knowledge sharing, collaboration and industry advocacy.
The organizer’s main focus was to schedule meetings – each delegate had to make at least eight appointments with participating suppliers.
ExpoPlatform facilitated this by implementing customized Sessions and My Meetings and Schedule modules, which incorporated dedicated meeting times in the conference schedule.
Email campaigns were also triggered to send reminders to participants to book and schedule the meetings, leading to increased engagement.
Driving value with quality connections
Setting up high-value delegate meetings with a specially curated group of suppliers was key to AWC’s success.
ExpoPlatform’s sessions/meetings request and scheduler tool helped participants make more connections at AWC 2024, driving networking and onsite contacts.
Of the total 891 meeting requests made, 742 were accepted, resulting in an impressive meetings acceptance rate of 83%.
The show also recorded healthy delegate engagement, with participants using the Event App to interact and network with their peers and explore new exhibitor profiles.
