Informa reveals record revenues and adjusted operating profit
Informa has reported more than £4bn in record revenue for 2025 – an almost 14% increase from the previous year.
The leading organizer of B2B events also marked a 14.6% rise in adjusted operating profit compared with 2024.
This marks the fifth year in a row the company has seen double-digit adjusted earnings per share growth.
Stephen Carter, group CEO of Informa PLC, said: “The Informa Group delivered an outstanding performance in 2025, delivering double-digit growth in revenues, adjusted earnings per share and cash flow.”
The B2B event organizer has also confirmed £620m in cash returns last year.
Informa – which reported the revenue figures as £4,041.4m and adjusted operating profit as £1,139.8m – has also revealed an acceleration of share buybacks in 2026.
The organization sees the combination of these promising figures and growth as confirmation that its ‘One Informa’ four-year programme to maximize growth and value is working.

Nineteen Group launches Smart Manufacturing Week
The Manufacturer – part of Nineteen Group – has announced the launch of new subsidiary Smart Manufacturing Week in the US.
This marks a significant expansion of the company’s global manufacturing portfolio into North America.
The group sees the launch of the inaugural event as a signal of its continued investments in the US manufacturing sector and as a way to create a well-rounded platform after its recent takeover of Reliabilityweb.
Mary Larkin, president of Nineteen Group Americas, said: “The acquisition of Reliabilityweb gives us a deep connection to the reliability and asset management community, while The Manufacturer and Smart Manufacturing Week’s UK event provide the audience and credibility to scale the platform into the US manufacturing market.”
Smart Manufacturing Week US will bring together leaders overseeing technology deployment, operational performance and modernization of production across the manufacturing sector.
The event will host two co-located exhibitions – Smart Factory Expo and Maintec.
Nineteen Group has chosen Detroit as the prime location for the inaugural event because the city is one of the largest industrial concentrations of manufacturing jobs in the world (3.3 million).
