
New appointment to spearhead growth across DACH market
ExpoPlatform has appointed a new regional director to spearhead growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Jens Schindler, based in Berlin, takes on the position overseeing the DACH market after more than two decades of experience in the events industry.
The move will see him promote the success of ExpoPlatform clients and partners across the region, helping them to deliver market-leading shows.
He said: “In today’s market, it is critical to get the digital strategy spot on.
“My work at ExpoPlatform will see me totally focused on enabling event organisers to navigate the online economy efficiently and deliver even more data-driven events.”
Jens has created multiple trade shows, content services and digital solutions all aimed at informing B2B decision-making.
He is an expert in monetisation of content through events and marketplaces with a keen interest in discussions about network dynamics, pricing and data strategy.
The regional director for the DACH market has already played an important part in supporting ExpoPlatform clients, including at shows such as IMEX Frankfurt 2023 and Associations World Congress 2023.
